#Visionquest is off to an awesome start. My daughter already prefers Tommy to Billy. Honestly didn't think she was enjoying it so it kind of brought my mood down but turns out she loved it. Am a huge fan of 12 Monkeys so enjoyed the reunion and Emily is reminding me of her character from that.

Sad to see #Daredevil end again. Funny thing is its ratings followed the Netflix era; it also saw a huge Season 2 drop-off. While still enjoyable, I think Born Again Season 1 turned people away with its Frankensteined story. Season 2 was a major improvement, but sadly many viewers didn't return.

#Chadpowers Season 2 was way better then Season 1, which I still enjoyed. The genre shift was really good too. Most shows find their footing by the 2nd Season and more shows should be given that chance. Modern shows get cancelled if the 1st Season isn't a huge critical success.

One of the main reasons I switched to Bluesky from Twitter was because of all the “MCU is woke now” bullshit. I love my experience here and recommend many people to join. Sadly, there are lots of film snobs here and the MCU hate is awful. I’m not a DC fan but don’t bash it whenever a new film drops.

Keep seeing people criticising Marvel or Feige for not bringing back Luke Cage and all I can think is that obviously people didn't watch Daredevil Born Again Season 2 because not only does he return in the end but him and Jessica have a daughter. Season 3 is even bringing Danny Rand & Elektra back.

Honestly, Last of Us. It started great but afterwards I found it pretty boring. I was kind of just playing it to finish it. I really didn't find it as revolutionary as others did and it didn't feel very unique to me either.

I was never a huge Harry Potter fan. I only read the fourth book because I was pressured into it at school. It was alright, but I’d read better. I got shit for years, especially whenever I criticised the films. So honestly, I’m kind of enjoying not feeling alone anymore. Fuck JKR. #HarryPotter

Maybe it’s for the best that Blade didn’t move forward at the moment. Everyone involved can step away, and Marvel can revisit the character later when they have a clearer direction. I'm still hoping for a Midnight Suns film and maybe Blade could be introduced there. #Blade

Turns out that it was an abscess that had burst but, being the medical mystery I am, I had no side effects to all the crap entering my system. I really love Stargate SG1 but not so much the spin offs so am really hoping the new show captures that magic. Atlantis and Universe just removed why I love SG1 and that was the great cast and our normal military fighting and adapting to an advanced enemy. Same reason I love the XCOM games.

Honestly am sad to see Doctor Who leave Disney+. I personally don't care where it airs but my kids only watched it on Disney+, my eldest even rewatched multiple times. Tried to get them into older seasons but they just didn't enjoy it. Looks like its back to watching alone.

My daughter wants a PC. She's going to use her money to buy parts when she can and I'll be helping her pick the best cheap parts. She was so disappointed after saying she wants the best graphics and I showed her the prices. She wants to become a game dev, so she'll be using it to learn coding.

I'm not afraid to say it: I still love The Simpsons. I've watched every episode multiple times and there is only a couple of episodes I don't enjoy and a few Treehouse segments are really bad. I honestly think it's a shame that people miss some truly amazing episodes because they gave up on it.

Loved #FantasticFour, it was gorgeous, awesome and had a lot of heart. I laughed, I was pumped, and I even cried a little. My daughter she laughed, screamed and talked a lot to mask her sadness. She loved Herbie and I honestly loved Reed. Thunderbolts ranks higher but only slightly.

Enjoyed the Xbox Showcase but not a lot of games for me, my kids will probably enjoy a lot more of them. Clockwork Revolution though, that game got me so excited, literally can't wait for that. Grounded 2 also surprised the hell of me, can't wait for that either. Keeper also looks surprisingly good.

So sad hearing of the deaths of Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa. Fave movies of his are Enemy of the State, The Replacements and Heartbreakers. Crimson Tide is my all-time fave though, it's 10/10 and the only movie that triggers a panic attack every time I watch it... unsure why though.
