I'm dedicating myself to doing things manually. My words have always been mine, but I took certain shortcuts with my covers. I've stopped that. My covers are going to be typographic only for a bit (when Amazon updates them) until I figure out what I want the visual identity of my books to be.

I know what it feels like to be the model and what it does to the body. Not the tying. I hope I expressed the way it pinches the flesh and the way it gives the body an unnatural silhouette. This has anatomy because I needed it to show the pinch. "I Wear Only Ropes": www.amazon.com/dp/B0HGBQZKSJ

Kayserenda also draws! This is a ink on paper, and it's a representation of Amber and Lord Revel entering a room in my story "I Wear Only a Mask". It's from my series Midnight Masquerade, which I refer to as Kink Culture Erotica. You can read it here: www.amazon.com/dp/B0HDRJP2X6 #bdsm #collared
A black ink drawing of a man in a tuxedo leading a collared nude woman with a leash. They are both wearing masks.

I wish my candidate was as cool as this guy. We need to normalize being kinky.

Kinky.

I'm more of a full-time sub, but sometimes you have to provoke in order to get the intensity from the Dominant one you need. I give the just enough brat to get them mad at me.

I think in order for that to happen, the art would have to become more outward-looking. Art that uses a pastiche of pop culture references and sexual fetishes could be interesting to the world, but it needs more synthesis or something. I'm not in the kink art world, this is just observational.

Your outfit is so beautiful! I love it!

Absolutely! If Kindle's content systems weren't so touchy, I'd incorporate CNC into my work. Maybe I'll choose another venue to distribute material like that.

Kink and fetish are places for embracing things about onesself that are problematic. Wanting to hurt people is problematic, too, but it's not wrong to act it out in a BDSM context. One just has to not confuse fantasy for reality.

I think "super intelligent" might be a stretch! 😉

The reason feet are hard to draw is that most people don't look at them very much. But if you have a foot fetish…

It's not gay, but my stories are BDSM erotica that deals with the reality of integrating kink with everyday life. Oh, and they're very funny. There just didn't seem to be something equivalent out there. No overdoses, no abusive relationships.

"Sexy means naked!" is a workable attitude for neanderthals, I suppose, but some people like engaging their brains and imagination when it comes to erotica.

Are you part of an IRL kink community?

I think this is an exaggerated parody of someone else's Internet rule and he not being serious.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
I think you really need partners to make the fantasies work. There has to be someone else there to validate what you are doing with their own, compatible desires. That's not universal, but it's true for a lot of people.

My partner and I once booked a session with a pro Dominatrix to give us pointers on our dynamic. It was well worth it.

#sveros Her eyes looked black until you got close; then they were dark galaxies. Her skin was fuschia, except for where it became vivid red at her nipples and labia. The Emperor's prized concubine: a star-elf noblewoman who had entered his harem two years prior and overturned its balance of power.

#sveros Hugging him, I feel his turgid cock pressing on my body just below my navel. Sliding my right hand between us, I let my index finger run up the side of him through the fabric of his swim briefs. I am vaguely aware of two other beachgoers talking shit about us. I don't care. Envious bitches.

How they work: everyone meets in a restaurant in street clothes and gets to know each other. This is how you weed out creeps. You get the contact information of people who share you interests and network. You don't even have to talk about kink, just get to know people. You can find them on Fetlife.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
I don't know where you live, but there is this kind of vetting event called a munch that is casual and no-pressure and it's for everybody. They take place at restaurants in normal clothes. You would meet sapphics at the munch and that's how you get scenes and whatnot going. Munches are for everyone.

I barely understand this, but I also know that it's vitally important guidance. I will endeavor to keep it in my heart.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
The format is this: people meet at a restaurant in normal street clothes and sit at tables to eat dinner. You get to know people and make sure they aren't creeps. You can talk about kink or not. It's totally casual.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 24/09/2026
Use Fetlife to find munches, which are low-key social events for vetting and community building. I cannot emphasize enough how much better they are than bars or online. Find one.

It's not as institutionally racist, but if we're talking intent, yeah.

I hate the way companies are getting spooked by the morality police. It's a convergence of a lot of things: the way companies try to make their products acceptable in every country in the world, the unrestrained "better safe than sorry" attitude of payment processors, and knee-jerk content policing.

This is for all you authors and writers of smut and erotica out there: How do you approach writing sexual pairings you've never been a part of, particularly ones that it's impossible for you to be a part of? I find that I concentrate a lot more on emotion and awareness of environment.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
I write consensual BDSM erotica because my stories are about the interaction of real life and kink culture. I support authors who explore dark themes in their work. Not everything needs to be tidy and "wholesome". ("Wholesome" is relative; there is still ropes, spanking, and butt stuff.)

A lot of people prefer it to online meetings because there is less catfishing and scams and such.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
Find a munch.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
Munches involve meeting in a public place dressed as non-kinksters and they are specifically for vetting other people to be kinky with.

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
The best way to do something like this is called a munch. You can often find them on Fetlife.
010
Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
Like IRL? You find something called a munch to meet with kinksters in a safe setting. I'm not deaf, but you might be able to contact the organizer of a munch to see what accomodations they can provide for you; maybe they know someone. A lot of munches are advertised on Fetlife. Search "munch".

I write consensual BDSM fiction (for style and thematic reasons), but I'm baffled by people with an entirely negative reaction to non-consent in erotic fiction and imagery. We have BDSM safe practices so we can experience forbidden things safely. Fiction and art can also do that, but differently.
010
Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
The dominatrixes I know all love the job! It seems like it would be hard to be convincing if you didn't enjoy it, but I don't have any experience with that.
010
Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
There's definitely a tendency to use trans characters only as a fetish element rather than presenting them as participants in kink as individuals with agency, both in visual art and written erotica. Part of it is market pressure; people reward the behavior with attention. It's not good, of course.
010
Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
Sometimes I worry someone is going to think that about my stories, and I do actual BDSM!

Kayserenda @kayserenda.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
Isn't that so beautiful? I think so.
