After being away for a week finally got some new art done. I’ve drawn this character before but not fully like this. They are based around gloomy bear 😅

I haven’t used this app in such a long time but I’ve seen people start to use it more so I thought I would try and jump back on here and start posting again though posts might be alittle slow at first 😅

I just finished off the most recent chapter of my manga and then made the cover for the next one chapter 8 for online but technically chapter 9. It’s still so strange to me that I’ve done so many chapters and I don’t think when I started my manga I would have this much done either.

While me and my husband were away, we saw this t-shirt that said ‘I’m not gay but my boyfriend is’ and I just couldn’t stop thinking of Hakase wearing it and then being logical about it saying “but it’s true by boyfriend is.” 😂😂

I’d found a photo on Pinterest that I used for reference and really like the concept that I felt it would suit Gina. She’s very old fashioned and loves wearing anything from her time period (that being the Victorian era) so she’ll happily wear a cute lace corset 😄

My art summary for this year, going through art for this year there has been times where I’ve not really drawn much (a few months were hard to find drawing for 😅) I’m always super critical of my work and I can never see if my art has improved over the months or just gotten worse 😅😅 #artsummary

My artvsartist for this year. I always look at these and think to myself that I’ve not improved and my art still looks as bad as it did the year before 😖😖 (This years first, then 2023, 2022 and 2021) #artvsartist #artvsartist2024

I really enjoying doing these types of drawing where I’m taking all my ocs and making them into little plush designs. I do offer these as commission too 😄 #plush #plushies #chibi #originalcharacters

A redraw of a redraw 😅 this is a drawing I end up redrawing ever few years when the daffodils start to bloom and spring is close. This time I changed it so that Asura is wearing a spring dress which seems to suit him better in this then his work clothes 😅

Was going through old art stuff and found some old stickers designs I did from a few years ago where I drew sword and shield characters in an animal crossing style so I decided to a redraw and reprint of the Leon one I did. Depending if people like it I might redraw the other one I did too 👉👈

I should really start posting on here, I honestly forgot about it 😅 With the way other social media is making me feel I still alittle unsure about new things and whether or not it’ll be good. Guess I just have to give things a try.

I always get weird when I do these near the end of the year because in my brain I’m always like did I improve at all throughout the year 😖

Since I’m new to this app, I’m going to start sharing my art on here. These are two drawing I did of characters from my manga, their names are Asura (blue haired demon) and Hakase (buff doctor 😅) #art #digitalart #originalcharacters

Hey I’m Kay and I’m a UK based manga artist. I’ve been working on my first manga for the past 2 years called Hellscape Hospital. I’m self published having made my first volume at the beginning of this year. If anyone is interesting in checking it out I’ll have links in my bio 😊
