One thing I will always hope for is that artists will stop feeling the need to apologize for not posting. You're a hard worker with a no doubt busy day-to-day, but most of all, you're an artist, that alone is reason enough- there's nothing wrong with taking a break from a hobby! Thanks for sharing!

I'm very fond of the sort of "boob-focused ergonomics" of the clothing your characters wear. It's like they're topless except for the bra which just keeps the boobs snug and secure instead of hiding or even restraining them in any way. It's very lovely to see~

Rather, I've retroactively consumed the series' magic through its game covers and music. I've had difficulty putting to words how these artworks encapsulate and bleed out charm, aside from the typical hyperbole of saying that they're some of the best game covers out there (except in this case it's 100% apt), but I've gotten a random spark of inspiration that makes me think I can be apt with it now, to describe them in one word:
Youthful.

The covers for these games appeal to the sparkle in our eyes that bubble up from our hearts by way of being completely unmasked yet mysterious. All of the series main characters are there, but their pose and countenance draw out so many questions- the same set of 4 W's and 1 H, with different fill-ins depending on which generation of eyes are looking at it.
Take KH1's, for example..

Why is that boy holding a key? Why are they so high up?
Who *are* those kids?
How come one of them is looking away? Why does *he* have a real sword?

All these questions only arise because the artwork takes itself honestly, and presents the characters acting as they realistically would if they were people together- not actors. Sora stands gazing up, weapon in front of who he swore to protect. Donald and Goofy sit in a calm, comfortable way- not to the discredit of Sora's seriousness but rather to root the whole piece in a more comfortable mood. Riku stands with his head down and hair over his eyes, as the wind blows in the same direction that leaves Sora's face vulnerable to the moonlight he gazes so intently at. It separates him from the group in a way that makes it seem like a conscious choice by him, and not a director's command.

This formula is generally followed in every game's boxart to some degree, which makes a concept that would otherwise be a parody or joke, into something believable and special. It creates a world, and leaves the responsibility of beckoning the viewer to the characters, not the director.
It's a humble stance that massively warms my heart, as that's the exact mentality I love to see in worldbuilding- people letting the wonderfully weird and dark parts of their heart grow and bud out into their own unique life, like a lovingly grown parasite, and allow freedom to. That character and the world they belong to were already born of a person's heart and everything absorbed into it, there's no need to further instruct them like hired actors, if the goal is to make something that feels personal to you.
And it's the exact mentality I try to employ in my own writing.
(Yet again, I suppose actively *trying* to do so ironically defeats the purpose of letting it grow on its own..)
