Man, I kinda wanna play the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter remake just to see Olivier in 3D 😭 But I think it's wiser to spend that money on moving on to the rest of the series. Also for anyone who hasn't played it yet, I recommend it for people that are into characters & lore!

[Trails Sky 3rd] Finished! It was good to see Kevin's backstory and char development, since he was like suspicious & mysterious in SC. Ries was cool too, she was savage to Gilbert at the beginning and I feared she'd be just a food obsessed char, but she's very supportive. (1/2)

[Trails Sky 3rd spoilers] Random thoughts (up to end of Ch.7) - It's cool how there are bits of Erebonia world building scattered through the ambassador sidequest in SC, the Olivier door and Bleublanc's backstory. They all show a peek at how rigid the nobility system is. (1/3)

[Trails Sky 3rd] Finished Ch.7 and all I can say is: man… I didn't expect this series to have such dark backstories! I need to prep for the final chapter, it'll take a while to progress the story. Like there's a door that asks for 400 battles, but I've only done like 250 haha…

[Trails Sky 3rd + spoilers for Sky SC] Just did the Olivier door and that was exciting! It shows how much he's been planning for his goals and also introduces the chancellor as this really scary villain for future arcs. (Also it makes me want to play the rest of the series) (1/4)

[Trails Sky 3rd] Entered the Schera moon door in Grancel and the door that shows the Ravens. Seeing Schera's backstory and how she met and befriended Aina was pretty cool, it was interesting to see how Schera wasn't always the level headed lady we see during the Sky games. (1/3)

Finished Trails in the Sky FC + SC! I started FC back in December, but ended up shelving it for half a year b/c of the slow start + I wasn't doing too well. It was worth coming back to finish it! FC ends in such a cliffhanger that I bought SC right after finishing it haha (1/4)

[MHWilds] I did arena this weekend. Thank goodness SwAx is an option for Rathian and the arena set comes with some Power Prolonger! In prev games I had to learn some other wep to do the hardest arena (the horror 😭)

There's a SwAx speedrunner that made Hilda 3H as his hunter. I rmbr he did that in Sunbreak, I recently saw that he also made her in Wilds too! Kinda makes me want to make Diamant as a hunter… Swax is the perfect wep for him b/c sword + axe. I'd name him Diamant von Brodia lol

[MHWilds] I decided to make the Nu Udra armor because it looks cool (it pleases my inner edgelord), and I'm so happy there's an innerwear display toggle! I can cover the thigh and arm gaps and make it look like a bodysuit, it makes my huntress look badass! (I'll take a pic later)

Finished farming mats for armor spheres to max out my new armor 💪 (Ended up going to sleep late… rip) 2pc Zoh is comfy with good skills/slots. It helps for chip dmg from using sword counter and FRS to super armor through attacks, esp when the mon is downed - no potion needed

Also followup b/c I ran out of time: The kind of dynamic is also present on a meta level with Alfred. Y'know how he tries really hard to hide his sickness b/c he doesn't want to worry others? Many players miss how much he's struggling, so they think he's one-dimensional. (1/2)

Thought about Diamant & Alcryst supports: 💎 is always trying so hard to not show his weakness, fears, etc b/c he feels he needs to be strong due to his position. But that contributes to 🌙's poor self-esteem b/c he thinks 💎 is flawless and he's terrible in comparison. (1/2)

[MHWilds] Reached rank 100! mostly finished my 1.0 endgame SwAx + build (still need 1 Burst deco) But SwAx doesn't feel very good to play in HR 😔 Sword counter and FRS have so much endlag, axe offset has weird timing. The hops don't help against Arkveld's huge hitboxes… Pain🫠

Played some Wilds and hunted my first α Doshaguma. It was the 1st mon that took more than 6m to kill lol SwAx is fun, I like how fast axe refills the sword. It's good to encourage using both w/o morph spam like in Rise. Axe offset and Full Release Slash are flashy when toppling!
