Before the tadpoling he only had scars from self-lashing on his back (penance and Bhaal deleted everything else), post tadpoling he has facial and throat scars (Orin) and a LOT of others (Kressa). Doesn't bother to hide them because he can't, but they are a source of a lot of Bad Feelings for him
