Just wanna say thanks to @absol.standingintheodds.com for inspiring me to finally commit to my first proper shiny hunt haha. I’ve been watching since video number 556 (the wonder trade dex + lvl 100 gauntlet video in Y) and every time I watch, you bring so much positivity to my day! Thank you!!

I guess the physical shiny charm works! My first time trying to shiny hunt on the 3DS in many, many years, 15 SOS encounters and 18m22s! Puck is a dual reference. My friend was watching an ice hockey game when I caught him, and he looks like Puck from Re:Zero LOL.

We can’t get menu music back on game consoles, but survey ads get the full suite? Whyyyy 😂😂 #frutigeraero #menumusic

I’m still working on some reworking of the channel, but I couldn’t keep this one back! I’ve been learning some Vocaloid stuff properly since my birthday in April, and this dark song is just the first example! Perfect Storm (feat. Kasane Teto) youtu.be/mDS5r6dznZ4?...

It looks like it’ll be a bit longer than expected for me to roll out the content I’ve been working on. I’ve been in the hospital since yesterday. After a CT scan, I found out I had appendicitis, and last night had surgery. Please be patient, as it will take me a couple we to recover! Thank you!

I love how discord just stares at you menacingly when you check the lock screen with audio playing 😂

My thought for today: For Vine to have been such a massive platform, why do we only ever see the same like 150 vines in compilations today? Surely people saved more than that as a collective. The ones we’ve still got are good, but what about some of the other 300 million videos? 😂

010

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 13/07/2026

It’s always a vibe listening to what I call the WeebPod (despite it clearly being an iPhone 6). …and yes, I really need to dust off the base of the audio system 😂.

Just finished this now that it’s on Crunchyroll. I think that’s the best final line in an anime movie I’ve seen. Tohru (Dragon): “Miss Kobayashi, seeing you go so far for Kana makes me a little jealous. …how far would you go for me?” Kobayashi (Human): “for you…I’d take my PTO.”

My silence after Frost Eterna is a sign of good things to come! Don’t worry, I haven’t like stopped making content or anything. Just hold out a bit longer for me! All will be clear.

I’m a day late, but exactly 7 years ago, I distributed my second release ever, following a similar vibe to my upcoming album. Back then, I was very new to production, and didn’t realize how much of a passionate would become. Come Frost Eterna’s Friday release, it’ll become a metric of growth since…

Sometimes you just need to reminisce a bit through music… If anyone here uses Apple Music, feel free to listen to a bit of my history lol music.apple.com/us/playlist/...

For those waiting patiently for Frost Eterna's release date announcement, it shouldn't be too much longer. But until then, here's the titles of all 9 tracks! I'd love to see your speculation on what each track could sound like!

1. Tundra Desolation (Intro)
2. Cryogenic Deserts
3. Frost Eterna: A World Covered in Eternal Ice
4. Frost Cavern Chase
5. Staircase to the Past
6. A Field of Flowers Under a Foot of Frost
7. Secret of the Permafrost
8. Unwavering Soul
9. A Journey of Snow & Ice (Outro)

Context: I noticed there were some new presets I hadn't seen yet, and proceeded to go through the list again.

I swear, some of the preset metadata from @vital.audio's official artists are...interesting...

Awesome. Just a warning, I’ve used CDBaby in the past, and their customer support is slow, if you even get a response. I had a website bug happen when claiming my YouTube Official Artist Channel, and they let the ticket sit for 8 months before just closing it. But hopefully you’ll have better luck!

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 25/04/2026

Ah gotcha! No problem, glad to have brought it to your attention. Thanks for the update!

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 24/04/2026

I know there’s been a gap in music, but trust me, there’s a good reason! Just hold tight, it won’t be much longer…

010

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 24/04/2026

@bgc.bsky.social just curious what’s happened to the Apple Music releases for The Glory Days in the US. I was looking through my playlist from October last year, and noticed the album was taken down. I loved those songs, even compared to other chiptune songs, and as a producer myself it’s a shame.

Please tell me I’m not the only person who sometimes uses googles sorting filters purely as a tool for anime nostalgia… …And yes, I know, I should be in bed. I blame the launch of Pokemon champions…

Do you ever work on one part of a project for long enough that you start to question if what you’ve made is actually as good as you think? …yeah that’s me with extremely heavy dubstep drop rn… it goes super hard and sounds epic to me right now, but in 6 hours it’ll sound terrible 😂😂

010

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 26/02/2026

Heads up, Friday’s video is postponed for now. Focusing on some life stuff for the moment and doing some thinking around the channel in general. Music releases shouldn’t be affected, as they don’t really take me much once the song is done.

010

Kat Yuki (Music Comms OPEN!) @katyuki.me · 23/02/2026

Welp I’ve finished the script for my next video. I’ll record it here shortly, then tomorrow and Wednesday are editing days. Word count circled, if all goes well you’ll see the final product on Friday! The script turned out really well, so you guys might be in for a treat haha.

Notes app with the title “Script - Who is Hatsune Miku, really?” Word count is circled showing 1,116 words.

I never expected this anime to be this deep. Journal with Witch is just so real and down to earth. The battle junkies of the anime community may think it's super boring, but the emotional connection here is perfect. Today's episode (EP8) solidified that for me for good. Can't wait to see how it ends
