There's technically two crushes there - Michael Praed (left, in 'Robin of Sherwood') and Miles Hunt (right, lead singer and guitarist of The Wonder Stuff). Didn't do boy bands, or blonds it seems... xx

Bloomin' eck! Fearless and tremendous. I felt anxious following that run. Human dexterity can be exceptional. xx

#MidweekMeh 🤬 'Year end' doesn't actually mean leave everything for the year till the end of the year? PS: Of course I'll plug in & update my firmware overnight, to work like a machine 15hrs a day till Crapmas, just to prioritise your lack of planning & p*ss poor management performance... NOT.

Surprised they got away with playing 'Koochy'. It was embargoed from radio... I remember having it pulled from a show by my producer xx

Books as a kid: 'Shakespeare, Theatre Cat' by Carolyn Sloan & 'Rebecca' by Daphne Du Maurier. Music that grabbed my soul early on: 'It's My Life' by Talk Talk, 'More Than This' by Bryan Ferry, 'Another Place' by Françoise Hardy, 'Baby Let Me Kiss You' by Fern Kinney & 'Blue Monday' by New Order.

@skylabradio.com update: Things going well with server migration & uplift of breakfast & drivetime playlist. I'll be processing all the received music from independents & labels this next week so we can add some to our new key daytime playout. Thanks if you have sent us your recent releases. xx
