This is a custom #crossstitch design I made featuring three birds; an Australian robin, a magpie, and a hummingbird on a tree. Commissioned by Nia. I had such fun creating this design and I loved how it turned out!

#Minecraft Plates of food! I 3D modelled these plates and models with over 30 designs for every terracotta colour and hand-placing the food models to look natural on a set of plates. Interactivity in game was made by Jim, and this features on the RTGame Minecraft server! What food should be next?

I did keep my sketchbook out and have some more fun with the acrylic markers and white gel pen from before. I'm used to using soft pastel colours, but these are so bold and bright, it was a really fun change of pace! #art #acrylicmarkers

I spent some time melting in the sun and appreciated the flowers with a pack of acrylic markers and a white gel pen I hadn't tried before. Absolutely love the effect of the white gel pen for the outlines on the colours, I think more experimentation might be in order #art

A pixel art based upon "The Coronation of Charlemagne" by Friedrich Kaulbach (1861), but interpreted into pixels and with the #Minecraft colour pallet. Commissioned by Speki to add themselves in. This was a great and fun challenge to keep true to the original! #pixelart

I made this needle felted landscape about 3 months ago - It's something I'd always wanted to try but never got to. In this year of "I will complete craft projects" I ticked another off the list! This came together really quickly, and I think I'll try more in the future! #needlefelt #needlefelting

I went into this hoop with no plan & no pattern. I wanted to try ribbon embroidery for a long time and from there it turned into a hoop of experimentation. Some worked well, others not so much, but in the end I still had great fun, learnt a lot - and broke two needles in the process! #embroidery

I completed these two embroideries! Some hanging plants and some flowers, gosh those thousand French knots were a whole challenge, but I love the look and texture of them so much. Enjoyed learning a few new stitches and my time on these! #embroidery #craft

I found myself with some hours of waiting on various trains this week, armed with a set of "Mini Marker Set" of six colours, so I tried my hand at some flower #illustrations! Despite some wobbly lines due to train wobbles, I like how these turned out! The second one was a small gift with a message
