the struggle of having misophonia is not only does it piss me off when ppl eat with their mouth open, the SOUND of it will replay in my head over and over for hours after and I can't get it to stop. the simplest food seems to be the only way my stomach is nice to me lately. Breakfast soup is my new thing now. Chicken broth with oyster mushrooms, some carrots, some onion, some miso paste and a squeeze of lemon. GOOD shit. And so comforting.
