Tragedy stroke the production of the film on December 26th 1977

While coming back home from a Christmas party, Guaditta Herin's driver made a wrong choice that ended up with their car being crashed by a truck and pushed off a bridge.

The driver was never found nor identified. Many, given the rumors surrounding the director actress duo, believed Ivano Rizzo to be the driver that night but no evidence pointing to that was found. Only her, lifeless in the passenger’s seat.

It is said that Rizzo fell catatonic for at least a day after recieving the news.

No photos of her body after the crash were ever made public.

A Halloween scene of jack o lantern people emerging from the hinterland. Leaves twirl like confetti as the Pumpkin Parade marches on.

22:30

The movie started abruptly, no trailers, no production logos. Truly as if it really were raw footage ripped directly from the editing room.

Besides a few editing changes, like the beginning and credits of the film, most of the movie plot for the first 10 minutes played more or less the same.

It was only after that when Ian let Nicole know the movie had begun to diverge from the known commercial cut of it, featuring footage until now believed to be tragic lost media.

Another classic, not sure if I've already posted this one here.

The image is a six panel black and white comic.

Panel 1 - a girl sits at her desk in front of a computer, looking disheartened. She says, "I dont know if I should post this art, who would even want to see it?"

Panel 2- A new person bursts through the door in the background with a loud BAM

Panel 3- The new person pushes the girl out of the way, smushing her face in the process, while slamming their fist down on the keyboard.

Panel 4- The computer shows that the art has been posted

Panel 5- The person makes direct eye contact with the girl while pushing their finger against their own phone screen

Panel 6- A motion blur is added to the last panel, enhancing the impact of the new notifications on the new post. It reads, "(Friend) Liked Post just now" Followed by "(Friend) commented 'I FUCKING LOVE THIS AND I LOVE U'"

Underneath the last panel is a watermark that reads, Shubbabang

...

On set, though it was rumoured that it went beyond a simple friendship, at least from his part.

Behind the scenes, gossip spread among the crew as the perception grew that Rizzo was following Herin around everywhere she went, all the time, and sometimes while hiding.

While it never went beyond rumours,
many believed he had become
obsessed with her.

...

For a good chunk of the film, Herin had to wear nothing but a prosthetic wolf jaw that in the story of the film was from her character’s boyfriend, removed after his death in an accident and then chirurgically attached to her in a bizarre experiment.
...

On set, she and Rizzo developed a good working relationship and eventually an actual friendship as, besides having good chemistry, he seemed to be passing on his with his interest in the paranormal as a hobby to her.
