Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada which emerged in the wake of a commission examining the genocidal institutions of the Canadian Residential Schools. They issued 94 calls to action, and only 15 of those have been fully implemented to date. www.cbc.ca/newsinteract...

Oh, that’s so smart! I didn’t even think to look for that.

The rogue and the duellist are two that I haven’t won with yet. Once you get further along there are some cool mechanics that unlock for each of the classes which makes it even more interesting. The replayability is (maybe unfortunately 😅) very high as a result.

😹 I warned you! Thanks for the shoutout though. Working on Betrayal at House on the Hill 3E was definitely a career highlight. That team was incredible and, even before having the opportunity to work on it, the game was also a fave of mine.

Nethack for me but Colossal Cave was also high on my list! I recently started playing a mobile game called Shattered Pixel Dungeon which is very much inspired by Rogue but with pixel art. Apologies in advance if this becomes a future time sink. 😅

Yeah, the sport was really inspired! And the character development was fantastic. Showed a lot of depth and vulnerability.

Saw this in theatre with my 7-year-old and we both found it very fun! It was also low peril (but full of heart) which was a bonus for him.

I was wondering, does anyone work as an illustrator and has dealt with contracts before? I have been given a contract to sign and could really use some advice about it because I don't understand it. Also here is a creature.

a drawing of a pink goblin or troll who is wearing overalls fastened with a button and a bone and they have moss on their fur and a pointed brown cap.
