Concept work for the hopeful, full revival of the [Redacted] Rumble!! original project of mine. Hope you're feeling batty.

Various mugshots of a bat-like monstrosity with massive ears wearing an unusually gooey gas mask and has a hidden mouth with a long flexable tongue and while one of it's eye lenses is cracked the over shows an odd spiral pattern.

#FakemonFeastFamine #007 Selkordy Type:Water/Fairy Aquatic pokémon possessing a second 'skin' over their own like a pelt robe. Exceedingly odd these pokémon seem to be mostly blind and possess swollen growths on their outer pelt armour. These growths emit pulsing lights and strange vapours... 🦭

A fakemon design created for a pokémon fan project. This seal-like aquatic mammal is a neutral blue tone with a shaggy furry hide draped over itself which is a more teal or sea-green shade. Like most seals it has two front flippers and a tail both of which are also shaggy, the tail has green spots as well as it's belly. The draped hide however has multiple pulsation colourful lumps growing from it in painful looking passes. Two massive lumps have grown over it's eyes and are a mix of purple, blue, green and pink in colour. I has a small blue nose and a long floppy tongue. It is a Water and Fairy type and also a starter pokémon.

#FakemonFeastFamine #004 Kerokawa Type:Fire Laid back and content pokémon found in heavily urbanised coastal areas. They secrete a natural oily substance from their feathers which is flammable and sticky. While flying around eating discarded food and making a mess they seem pretty carefree. 🛢️

A fakemon design created for a pokémon fan project. This creature design is a small brick-red coloured seabird with large purple lidded eyes. It has murky yellow patterns on it's wings and neck resembling cooking oil. It also has markings on it's wing tips, head crest, tail and long purple beak resembling crude oil stains. It look lazy and content. It is a fire type and bipedal.

"just transcribe the bass, you're good at picking notes out" unfortunately this is a song where the bass is comprised of a piano that plays accompanying notes as well so it's harder to hear

#FakemonFeastFamine #001 Gwoats Type:Grass These beloved pokémon have been used as assistants and vermin control by humans for centuries. While they can be a little cheeky they're hard workers and fiercely loyal. Their claws have adapted overtime into hard trowel like shapes. 🌱

A long armed and smug looking creature with lime green and golden yellow fur resembling fresh grass and hay. It has a long snout and hair resembling a wide prim straw hat as well as dark grey sharp trowel like claws caked in mud. This fan-made pokémon design is a grass-type and a starter-class species.

Obviously "The Horrors™️" can refer to anything from as light as "getting brainwashed" to something like "fucking dying and being resurrected on borrowed time via forbidden magic" all the way to anything as heavy as "your entire fucking species gets nearly fully wiped out by Emiko", but still.

I like that a lot of the gijinkaverse can be summed up as "putting characters who normally don't suffer from The Horrors™️ through The Horrors™️". Like, any given incident there is some variety of The Horrors™️.

So yeah no I don't think this will make any amount of sense to most people outside of my friendgroup and I really don't care, my MO is to make things that make us happy, not to please others Pleasing everyone is impossible, so might as well just please myself and my friends

Leitmotif-wise it includes (in no order): - Thunder Tornado (MM9) - Hartmann's Youkai Girl (Touhou 11) - The Dual-Bladed Duelist (Origami King) - the Pikmin 2 boss theme??? - the Sticker Star main leitmotif??????? - fucking Penumbra Phantasm for shits and giggles - like two original leitmotifs

I should write more lyrical remixes. The one I just finished is fun as hell, even though it's just a reimagining of an older one that I made.

Hypothesis: It is possible to put Megalovania into almost anything and have it sound good. So far I have yet to recall a particular song it has not sounded nice in when I randomly inserted it.

In the end, it only took me about 3 hours, which is impressive given that I was working within constraints that I am unfamiliar with But this is exactly WHY I work within constraints. Not only is it fun to get outside of my comfort zone and challenge myself, it also just helps me work better.

000

KatKat9066 @katkat9066.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

Also yes I'm putting my gijinkaverse headcanon stylings in here. People will ask why the Underwhere theme is in here. I tell them absolutely nothing, because you do not come into someone's house and question their artistic choices /reallybadmetaphor

000

KatKat9066 @katkat9066.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

This also means that it's kind of annoying to work with when I make the extension of it for my remix (because yes I'm making an extended remix. It's not nearly as bad as Tutankoopa's theme in terms of looping but still!) lmfao Thankfully I have "fuck it we ball"'d wrt the extension
