wip from when i was at my friend’s house really loved doing the lil album cover sketches, new fav subject 💿 also that’s munna but if it was me #art #traditionalart #posca #sketchbook #wip 🎵

A photo of a sketchbook page. It features a couple abstract drawings of the covers of Chappell Roan’s The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess, Charlie xcx’s BRAT, and Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet. Next to each album respectively are lyrics written in small black font.

Chappell Roan’s Naked in Manhattan
“Touch me baby, put your lips on mine
Could go to hell
but we’ll proba” (unfinished)

Charlie xcx’s 360
“when you look in the mirror do you like what you see?
when you look in the mirror you’re just looking at me
i’m everywhere
i’m so 💕Julia💕”

Sabrina Carpenter’s Juno
“I know you want my touch for life
If you love me right then who knows
I might let you make me Juno”

To the left is the artist’s interpretation of the Pokemon Munna if it lived in a tropical climate and had crippling anxiety.

got one foot on the platform the other foot on the train 🛤️ 🎄 originally a holly study #art #traditionalart #posca #sketchbook

A photo of a brightly colored sketchpage, featuring a drawing of holly in the center.

To the left is a very simplified sketch of The Animals’ debut album of the same name in Posca acrylic markers. The time 4:30 (the length of The Animal’s song “House Of The Rising Sun”) appears in a bold dark blue wavy, groovy font with a light blue shine, highlighting it’s roundness.

Lyrics from House Of The Rising Sun, written in small black font, appear next to the album:

“The only thing a gambler needs
Is a suitcase and a trunk
And the only time he's satisfied
Is when he's a drunk
Oh, mother, tell your children
Not to do what I have done
To spend your lives in sin and misery
In the house of the rising sun”

To the right, in red groovy font, the words “I fell in love @ 6:50 PM” are shown, and at the bottom the date reads “Tuesday, December 24”

Small chat boxes are shown, the receiving one saying “there’s nothing to look forward to abt spending christmas here until I get to spend it with you”, and the reply saying “that’s so fucking touching”.

To NOBODY’S surprise, Chappell Roan sweep I AM a little surprised Taylor Swift is so high up but my roommate/bestie got me into her since we moved in last year. 💜 I kinda miss the genre stats tho.. Big year for girly pop but I listen to a lot of rock too. 🤔

🌹🔪 earlier art of oscar and mindy before I refined their designs #ocsky #gtav #ksocs

A digital sketch of a man and a woman. The man on the left, Oscar, has short layered hair under a beanie. He is wearing a black t-shirt with a plaid button down on top. On his forearm, a blink-182 tattoo peaks out. The woman on the right, Mindy, stands half a head shorter than Oscar. She is wearing a black leather jacket with fur on the collar, a lace cropped cami, and a short a-line skirt with a white belt. Oscar is smiling gently, while Mindy has a pouty look on her face.

Above their heads, the word “idiots” is shown with two arrows pointing at them.

A digital sketch page. Starting clockwise, Oscar is smoking a cigarette while Mindy is holding a burger. She is wearing his beanie.

Oscar: Y’know Mindy, my beanie looks pretty good on you.

Mindy: G-Good, I’m keepin’ it!

Oscar: Sure, okay (heart)

The next sketch is of a small chibi Mindy, holding the beanie to her face while blushing.

The next sketch is of a chibi Oscar playing the guitar. Mindy lies on the floor next to him, staring at him with adoration. Her chin resting in her hands while she kicks her feet in the air. Oscar is singing the first few lines to Wonderwall by Oasis.

Oscar: Today is gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you / And by now, you should've somehow realised what you gotta do / I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do about you now

Mindy: wrow

The next sketch is of a chibi Mindy and Oscar, with Mindy towering over Oscar with large eyes, threateningly asking “you know other girls?”

The final sketch is of a chibi Mindy and Oscar, looking at each other with large eyes. Under is the text “when u and shawty go nonverbal”

A digital sketch page. Starting clockwise, a chibi Mindy is snoozing next to Oscar, with Oscar giving her a small kiss on the head.

The next sketch is of Oscar wearing a Rolling Stones t-shirt, and he has a bird on his head for no apparent reason.

The final sketch is of Mindy and Oscar dancing together in their undergarments.

🩷 mindy & oscar 🧡 🧨💎 she is arrested for public indecency, he is arrested for stealing cars 💰🔪 🏥 they meet in the ER tale as old as time 🌹 #art #ocs #ksocs #gtav #gtarp

A digital illustration of two people standing with their backs to the southern californian sunset. Mindy, the woman on the left, has dyed ginger hair styled in a short wavy bob, sharp green eyes with heavy dark circles, and a couple bright red scratches on her face. She is wearing a black turtleneck and a red beanie. The man on the right, Oscar, has medium-length layered brown hair with a fringe and gentle brown eyes. He is wearing a teal hawaiian shirt with black palm leaves printed on it. On Oscar’s face is a giant purple and red bruise next to his left eye, a gash on his split lip, and blood splattered across his face. They are both smiling at the camera as they take a selfie together.
