The loss of the Solar credit was a huge mistake. We took advantage of the solar credit last year which reduced our bill by $6,300. We have not had an electric bill since October 2025, June is usually $550, July $700, and August $600.

We kept her in our home for 2 years and 8 months but her mobility became so poor we could no longer care for her. The Medicaid admin reviewed all her spending for 5 years in order to qualify. She lived for over 2 1/2 years in the home. Thank God for Medicaid.

My mother in law was in a "not for profit" skilled nursing facility and her private pay bill was over $13,000 per month. Her savings went quickly so she had to go on Medicaid. She had a VA pension from her husband plus Social Security, she was allowed to keep $75.

We live in one of the 15 states where the electric company credits us for what we over produce. We began July, the month we use the most electricity, with over $800 in credits.

He is so misguided. My husband and I sat on our front porch yesterday and watched our black neighbor's grandson, about 16, walk his 2 year old girl cousin up and down the street. They are a wonderful family, we are blessed to live next door.

I am so angry! My husband and I are retired so we are very careful with our money: no cable, rarely use the dryer, have solar, no credit card debt, make our own food. We love to travel with our camper but with gas prices so high we might have to give that up. Someone please stop him!
