This! I think society has conflated “skinny” with “in shape” when they aren’t remotely the same thing. Skinny just means thin. It tells you nothing about someone’s strength, fitness, nutrition, or overall health. Thinness isn’t a health indicator, and we really need to stop treating it like one.
