i think that has more to do with how crts draw their image compared to a normal lcd, though. a hypothetical 480p tube filter on a lcd wouldn't do it justice.

5x5 this week HALO is a pretty neat album! i fucking dig AMERICAN GIRL and SAME LA. would reccy a listen if u haven't yet. toxic plateau is a 90 second song that was specifically made for me so srb2's ost is at the top LOL. good soundtrack too!

10. Isopod this is actually the game i could reasonably pick up within the next couple of years. this game is sickkkk. you need to play it if you haven't. its very woke and also got sick movement, which is all the ingredients necessary to make a banger. i wanna get to running this someday.

9. Super Meat Boy another 2013 Katherine classic. i had done some silly races with a friend on SRL, and eventually tried learning all the strats sometime between 2014-2017. i never did any runs, but this game was fun as hell. unlikely ill actually speedrun it though... sorry shredberg

8. Refunct i guess this doesn't really count but too bad. in 2017 i raced my good buddy ethmar constantly, trading places back and forth. this game had some fuckass optimizations that were really hard. after our race period though i stopped playing it. unlikely 2 play again but it was fun!

7. Sonic Mania all my interest in this game was in the initial release period. the original 1.0 release knuckles could break collision easily, and i wanted to do a run to capitalize on the hype. mania's a cool ass run now, but i don't have plans to pick it up anytime soon.

6. Half-Life 2 (New Engine) hl2 was a extreme fixation of mine back in 2013 and 2016. i had learned old engine scripted (LOL) and helped with 1 segment in Done Quickest (LOLL), but i had always wanted to learn new engine. unlikely for me to mess with hl2 again, but you never know!!!!!!!!!

5. Half-Life (WON, Scriptless) these next 2 are kinda in tandem with each other. i joined the sourceruns community for a year in 2016, and did some work on some segmented projects. i learned hl1 and did some runs. i think i had a 45:XX or a 50:XX, and didn't push much further. maybe one day.

4. Sonic Lost World (Wii U/PC) im sorry chatroom. i was one of those Ancient Gamers in DSS's youtube comments getting hype about the infinite wallrun exploit. i did some silent forest 2 and sky road 2 ils in 2013, and learned windy hill 1 in 2021. never touching this game again LOL

3. Sonic Colours (Wii) back in 2021, around Ultimate's release, i had a sudden desire to learn Colours. i think i saw deku's movement and it seemed like fun, so i tried learning it. got up to sweet mountain 1, bought a physical copy of the game, and then stopped LOL. maybe one day.

2. Curious George similar string of silliness to Meet the Robinsons, I stumbled upon the SRC page and the skips seemed sick for some shitty game LOL. i learned the first level, the tech for midair jumping, and i think i tried learning the skip for the first boat level before getting bored.
