ICYMI: The Trump admin is facing a big test on medication abortion, and the stakes could not be higher. New federal restrictions from the courts or the Trump admin would dramatically reduce abortion access in states where abortion is legal and compromise reproductive health care.

Well, that didn't take long: HHS is working on a new proposed rule on the Affordable Care Act. This is currently the *only* HHS action pending at OMB. Just as it did in 2017, the Trump administration looks to be moving quickly on ACA marketplace policies. www.reginfo.gov/public/do/eo...
