Mother’s Day memory: My mom died 10 years ago after a 3 year battle w/ Leukemia. During those years, she moved in w/ us, making us so much Vietnamese comfort food. After we got back from the hospital, saying our forever good-bye, we found a pot of phở in fridge. Even in death, she fed us once more.
