Saw the term “bloomscrolling” and loved the idea… but it’s still too cold where I live to offer much. So, instead… puppies! 😍 #feedcleanse #dogsofbluesky #sundayscroll

When days are long and nights are busy, date night turns into #Sunday #lunch at #linas #italian #market. 😋 Bonus: lines of dialogue from #80s #lyrics from last night’s improv show at Loose Moose. 😜 #sotasty #greatatmosphere #ohhhhyeahhh

Lunch orders: cacio e pepe, Caesar salad, pesto pizza, and bruschetta and chick pea samplers, pops on a big table.

The colourful marketplace with bright skylights over rows of nicely packaged food, service counters, and bar seating.

Some of the live greenery in the market - featuring a giant fig tree under a sunny skylight.

One of the deli cases showing various foods, like marinated octopus, artichoke hearts, potatoes, various salads, olives, and more.

Looks like it's time for #secondwinter? Or is it third? ❄️ #frosty #friday High of +13°C last Wednesday, and low of -26°C by Monday. 🥶 That's a 55°F to -15°F for you non-Canucks. 😉 #gardensky #naturemoments

#Throwbackthursday to when I tried flat #needlefelting. 🪡Needing a #colourpop on these grey winter days 🦊… or maybe I’m just feeling a little #stabby. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #craftsky #artsandcrafts #fox #nature

What if… you practiced #positivethinking even for just a little while today? 🤔 Focussing on the amazing #possibilities rather than… well… going to a limited or dark place. 🌻 Plant some beautiful seeds to MAKE good things happen, friends. 💪🏻 #whatifwednesday #possibilities #reframing

Yesss! ANY action is better than no action… personally, I alternate between one bamboo toothbrush and one with plastic, organic/sustainable products and conventional ones, some home-grown foods and store-bought, etc. It adds up without resulting in burnout. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Whoa! Just saw two #baldeagle fly by while waiting at the lights. In January. In Alberta. 👀 Perhaps it has something to do with the #polarvortex out east? #citizenscience #albertabirds #twoforjoy
