Volunteering for a bereavement charity once a week is a nice weekly reset and reminder of why I do my job. Made a mother quite emotional explaining this theory earlier. Always resonates with me #edpsychs

Had a lovely but sad interaction with a young person today, who sat back in shock after I remembered their favourite hobby that she had told me in our previous session.By showing that I listened to her and shared a real interest in her life completely changed the trajectory of our session. #edpsychs
