When I say that you have to be leery of who critiques your art, your life will depend on it. The wrong person giving you critique will have you fighting with your own creativity, leaving you mentally unwell. Especially if you don't have enough people around you encouraging your art

“They do move in herds” 🦕 Sam Neill ❤️ Thank you for bringing to life so many stories that meant so much to us all, for sharing (and inspiring) kindness, curiosity, compassion & advocacy for the arts, the environment, animals and human rights. #painting #jurassicpark #SamNeill #AlanGrant #dinosaurs

The HARDEST PART of working in animation for me is having songs no one will know for years stuck in my head every day I breathe

Buffy has always been my favorite show. It was incredibly formative to me growing up, the story & characters mean so much to me. I’m so sad about Anthony Head’s passing 💔 Rupert Giles will always hold a special place in my heart. Librarian, mentor & father figure to so many. #painting #RupertGiles

A few gouache paintings I painted for #pleinairpril that I never posted on here 🎨 I lost a family member halfway through April & found it too hard to continue painting every day, but I’m glad I got to do a few paintings for it :’) #warriorpainters #gouachepainting #pleinair #traditionalpainting

I had a chance to finish this gouache painting, a Plein Air from a hike at Eaton Canyon trail in Altadena while we were in LA in October. I’ve added it to my INPRNT site as a print, and will donate any profits (minus site fees) to LA wildfire relief/recovery/supporting those impacted.

If you thought 004 “The Way of the World” went hard on the fight sequences, you have the talented folks at Titmouse Inc to thank for that! The Vancouver crew was fantastic to work with! #InvincibleFightGirl

Another background I painted for LEGO Monkie Kid season 4 ⛰️ This was definitely the most muted color palette I worked with on the show and felt strange painting after years of doing such colorful backgrounds on the series! Layout by Kurt Marrott ✏️ #backgroundpaint #BGPaint #backgroundart
