I've been using Skyscraper for iOS @getskyscraper.com , a Bluesky client for months now. The UI is clean, functional and the dev @cameronbanga.com updates the app frequently with fixes and features. #ios #skyscraperapp #app #testflight

Crossed paths with this dapper young fellow this morning. 🦌😄 #wildlife #nature #deer #moorland #photography
A portrait photograph of a roe deer buck standing in a field of tall grass. The buck has a reddish-brown coat, small pointed antlers, and is looking directly forward. The background consists of soft-focused green foliage, with cool, soft lighting across the scene.

The U.S. is not overpopulated, this is a racist lie. Resources are not limited, they’re being distributed in a way that inflicts scarcity on the poor. You believe these lies because you’re choosing to consume fascist media. It’s up to you to answer why you consider those lies comforting.

“Words like ‘freedom,’ ‘justice,’ ‘democracy’ are not common concepts; on the contrary, they are rare. People are not born knowing what these are. It takes enormous and, above all, individual effort to arrive at the respect for other people that these words imply.” — James Baldwin

There are so many huge things to fear and discuss that I've found myself taking refuge in minor complaints, like "I can't find the precise kind of herbal tea that I want," or "These tomatoes are slightly too fibrous." There's something so satisfying about a minor gripe.
