i got this question a couple times as an editor for comics as well. i can’t wrap my head around sometimes the average person’s acceptance(?) towards ai. i got suggested that i can use chatgpt to help give me ways to rewrite certain dialogue, and i was just so ??? at that. i feel crazy sometimes too

i always say this but shuake/akeshu writers are a different breed. in all the fandoms i’ve been in in my life, i have never felt the utter pure love and passion as much as i have through shuake fic. we have a very special writing community that people take for granted

that kind of sums up my pov of it, that it’s valid on both sides of disregarding smth that feels like male perverse fantasy, or accepting it using it further for interesting ideas and exploration of the character and their relationships. i love when writers use iffy writing to create smth great!!
