Crinrict has a system for how to look into the save file data where all the invisible items piled up and keep multiplying every time we visit an apartment. He verified that the “fix” was a non-fix and commented it on the bug in the new bug forum 😓

Oh noo!! So lucky you saved them just before! This bug is really scary, I’m checking my neighbourhoods regularly too 🫣 And the festival bug is not fully fixed either, the trash items still multiply in our saves, they just got made invisible 😬 I hope they don’t add to the chance of corruption..

Some of the activities are written from the customers perspective, like "browse and buy items", which makes me think it is the autonomy that the customers will be having. In this case you as the owner maybe are putting broken items down, and everyone together is fixing stuff as group activity? 🤔

So sad, I was hoping to finally come back to play in San Myshuno with the recent festival fix, but now apartments lose their furniture when you load into an adjacent one 😢 Made a bug report here for more details, and if you experience it too, me-too: forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... #TheSims4

I sooo wish the Sims team brought the Sims Sessions back - or expanded on it with a bands feature. This was so beautiful that I teared up 😍 Wish my sims could go to concerts like this, or go on tour as the singer and have an exciting croud cheering ✨ #thesims4 #ts4

Yeah grimborn trait does that whenever you travel and also using the get famous styling chair to get a hair style has the same body corruption.. in the past the crystal creation jewellery did the same, but that got fixed last year.

Yeah that one I’m most excited for too!! I had been removing all Crystal Creations jewellery from my save to protect my Sims from this LE, and had 3 beautiful retails waiting for them 😢 Finally we can play with the pack 🎉🤞🏻

I'm still so thankful that you shared this! I went into my main rotational save and got rid of 100MB just by cleaning up unused photos from inventories and walls that I didn't care much about anymore. My save is now 150 MB, which it wasn't since 2 years ago 🌞

My Sims resolutions this year: 1. I want to make a mod from scratch to bring one of my own ideas to life (so far I only learned to make small adjustments to simple existing mods) 2. Learn how to utilise XMLInjector 3. Learn how to fix a game bug 4. Learn how to make changes to hair CC in Blender 🌟

Thank you so much for checking, really appreciate it!! 🙏🏻 So sad, then there’s really only waiting for bug fixes and hoping it’ll get fixed retroactively and not only in a year or later 🤞🏻🤞🏻 I hope they kept that bug fix team on for the coming year, still so many high priority issues ongoing 😢

Hey Crin, while you tested with the apartments in Myshuno, did you experience the Penthouses to behave in the same buggy way as the apartments, or do they behave more like the normal ground lots in the same neighbourhoods? I'm wondering if it is safe-ish to play in the Penthouses in the meantime 🤔

I'm loving the retail system in Sims4, it's so much fun to create shops with fitting fashion for each world and then go on vacation and have fun shopping 🛍️ This one was a beautiful spa from the gallery placed in Komorebi, which is now a lux shopping paradise with christmas and winter wear 😍 #sims4

Great findings, thanks a lot for sharing! It looks like it is better to not play in Myshuno at all, given it is quite a challenge to always wait for festivals to despawn + cleanup all trash manually each time before using CAS / switching lots 😬 I hope EA fixes the messy festivals retroactively 😢 🤞🏻

I feel the same, I was glad it was easy enough that I can do it without interrupting my own gameplay too much. It even lead to inviting family over and having a little celebration which I often neglect or just don’t think about.

I mostly go by personality and lifestyle. Cosy farm Sims get a Cottage chic style, my luxury loving Sims style towards that, etc.. I also have retail shops for each style in all worlds, where my Sims shop if I get too lazy to create something from scratch + use MCDresser for my fav outfits 😍
