Malenia answers that if his Greatrune is clouding his vision, that she shall take it from him, triggering a fight between them

the final panel shows Millicent sitting at a table with the Tarnished, saying "and that's how.... I was born...." indicating that she was telling the tarnished the story of Malenia and Radahn's fight, and how that lead to her being born by the Swamp of Aeonia
