Thank you for an amazing 2025!! This year I was given so many wonderful opportunities that helped me realize what I really wanted to draw, and I truly felt that the struggles I have faced over the years have become essential experiences that led me to who I am today!! Thank you always!!!

Interesting how they pushed the Grok update on Christmas eve though. Lots of stuff broken, mobile experience prevents people from opting out, etc. Sounds like someone rushed this in to get it live before their performance cycle ended 😅. Anyways, we have an IG now! www.instagram.com/vassociatesn...

6th Fes is almost upon us and our wah-nderful priestess of the Ancient Ones, Ninomae Ina'nis, will be taking to the stage to perform once more! To celebrate, we've used our turn with the brain cell to craft a banner to cheer her on at 6th Fes! #hololivefesEXPO25 #inART #いなート

Borrowed my friend's steamdeck to see if this is a reasonable purchase for me so I can play games while commuting in the morning. This is one heavy device, I think I prefer the Switch significantly more.

Balatro has recently taken over my free time, which is slightly better than scrolling, but wow. Monke brain defaults to flushes in the late game.

By default: positive interactions being more reach, negative interactions or benign interactions being less reach so you're pretty much right on the money

Though yeah each independent feed looks like you can have more options rather than one singular "this is me" type of feed. Algo and feed can be used interchangeably though!

110

Kamage @karlthepog.vassociates.net · 18/10/2024

I think there's the ability to create independent feeds that have their own algorithm, but generally there is a lot more control over your own algo from what I see in Bsky. Their content moderation classifiers are likely proof that there is already an algo though.

bsky.app/profile/mode... OKAY THE BLUE SKY MODERATION LIST? I LOVE THIS. Can I integrate this at work pretty please 👀 Though curious how their classifiers work for each problem. I'd imagine that they're fine with a high amount of FP's due to being able to opt out/dismiss things easily.

Also publicly moderated blocklists + muted words and tags? This is a pretty sweet option. But I think for reasons, there might be some unblockable accounts due to policies in the future though.

Also super cool that you can change your feed to filter out reposts and quote posts so you can look at net-new type posts out there, instead of seeing a whole sea of reposts (though I love seeing reposts since I'm not always on social media lol)

Kamage @karlthepog.vassociates.net · 17/10/2024

This is a fun little feature lol. You can change the order of how replies are handled per tweet (?) Are Bluesky messages called tweets?
