In congressional correspondence, "Big Balls" is described as an online alias used by Edward Coristine, a person associated with DOGE (the U.S. DOGE Service effort).

A Senate Small Business Committee letter (August 1, 2025) refers to him that way in connection with reported access to Small Business Administration systems: PDF 7.

Other congressional items also name Edward Coristine among DOGE-linked staff (for example, this House resolution draft 7).
I cannot verify from those sources that this is an official job title, or confirm later employment status.

Took my 18yo to Philadelphia last week to see the Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, and Mannequin Pussy before she heads to college. “Why are they tailgating at a concert?” asked the sweet summer child before we spent $100 on 2 dogs, a cheesesteak, and a Miller Lite. Totally worth it.

On this World AIDS Day I think of my brother and how science saved his life. First diagnosed with AIDS in the mid-90s, he was almost dead within a few years. But getting involved with the Ryan White Foundation gave him access to clinical trials and the medication that could keep him alive. 1/3

Took the high school junior for a college tour of UMASS Amherst yesterday. As a native MA resident, I’d never seen the campus before and didn’t fully appreciate how it could successfully spread out 23,000 undergrads to make the university feel small.
