I tried another recipe I found online.. 0 fat protein yogurt, (siggis) one scoop of protein powder (chocolate), one tbsp chia seeds, and half a banana 🍌 It was fucking disgusting but according to My Fitness Pal, it was 217 calories and 20 grams of protein per serving. If you could stomach it. Haha

When i want to make healthy changes, it helps if I can stay accountable so this is my breakfast.. two eggs, one egg white, parsley, cilantro, and two slices of deli ham. One medium tomato. According to My fitness pal, this is 239 calories with 27 grams of protein.
