Welp… Keep me in your thoughts… I’m heading back to the hospital. 😓💔

Cosmos🌙🌟 @karasu904.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

I finally saw the doctor today. He thinks it’s my adrenal gland so I have to get another blood panel done. He thinks the adrenal gland isn’t making enough “aldosterone.” I looked through the symptom list and yeaaah… seems like a perfect match to what I’m experiencing. 😅

Showing up fashionably late for DiaLuci week. 😗✌️ It’s a cat cafe AU where Office worker Dia frequents the local cat cafe for the grumpy cat that seems to have taken a liking to him. :3 @pseudonymphomania.bsky.social #DiaLuciweek2026 #Obeyme #ObeymeLucifer #ObeymeDiavolo #ObeymeAu #digitalart

Ya’ll. They legit gave me a shot in my stomach. It hurt SO fucking bad I almost started bawling my eyes out. 😭 I just wanna go home. They already told me they’re probably gonna keep me another night. I refuse. I’m tired of being here. :c

Keep me in your thoughts, ya’ll. I thought I was having a blood clot, ended up getting admitted to the hospital for an unrelated reason… 🥲

It was my first day back to work today, and I made it through my entire shift! I did feel sore in the stomach, but I have restrictions that allow me to sit so I was able to handle it. 🙏

Any idea how to stop racing thoughts…? It’s genuinely effecting my sleep quality. I’m talking from the moment I open my eyes, to the moment I go to sleep, my mind won’t be quiet. This is literally awful. I feel like I’m being tortured. 😭

Ever since I had my hysterectomy, I’ve been dealing with awful depression. 😣 It’s not even as bad as the depression I used to have from being in pain. My emotions are heightened, and I have no motivation to do anything. I guess it only feels awful cause it’s different. 🥲 I’m also off my Adhd meds.

Did anyone else that got something from the kickstarter get a random invoice in the mail? I genuinely can’t tell if it’s a scam or not. But the address is in Japan and it’s saying it’s surcharges for an order. :/ I haven’t ordered anything except for funding the kickstarter. :/

How the hell did my LADs account get deleted?! I’m literally devastated. 😭💔 I haven’t played for 2-3 weeks. I went to hop on today, and I was logged out. I didn’t think anything was off until I logged back in and it had me designing my MC. Where the hell did my account go? 😣💔
