Not to defend Valve who should just verify 18+ year accounts like Xbox, but "bank account" isn't a valid method on its own, people under the age of 18 can open bank accounts and get debit cards in the UK. I had one at 13. The bank methods use other telemetry (check if you have a mortgage e.g)

Really enjoying Zero Company but I think I'm soft-locked on the mission with Anakin Skywalker. As soon as it starts I kill him to stop him becoming Darth Vader, then it says "Mission Failed" and forces a restart! I emailed support but got a cheerful AI reply saying the entire team got furloughed 😔

This is probably also why the writers contrive reasons for characters to unrealistically teleport around the map and meet each other, despite being at war. AKOTSK benefits from all the characters being in 1 place at 1 time. Maybe this applies to other settings too. Early seasons of LOST e.g

House of the Dragon S1 and AKOTSK are better than GOT/HOTD S2/3 because they're set in peacetime and all the characters can hang out together. Hunts, parties. As soon as war starts, characters become silo'd and the eps are the same small groups of people talking in rooms about military strategies
