I think I actually dislike having a car and how it effects my lifestyle. I think I’d rather just leave this thing parked and bike everywhere again.

Bluesky can’t become a Prestige Posting App until it gets a great Joker themed shitpost account like the other apps have

Burger King has maybe the best fries in the game rn, but their nuggets taste like they're shy and trying not to taste like anything so you won't notice them

Blizzard pleeeeease keep nerfing warrior in #WoWForever pleeeeeease. These jabronis have had it too good for too long. Make this class not the default best class so I can play gnome warrior pleeeeeeease

I’m playing it anyway they can’t stop me. I tank 5mans as a hunter in Era lmao. Yeah no taunt sucks but I’ll figure it out!! Frankly if it was a better and more well-supported tank I would be less interested.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

I’m playing dwarf shaman btw. Building to tank, because I love an underdog and it’s one of the only underdogs left.

Spending an hour logged into my old PVP realm classic era characters has reminded me that, yes, I do want to go PVE in #WoWForever. It took one encounter in redridge to remind me of this.

The world keeps spinning without her, and it should not. I have lost a piece of myself that I will never get back. If I could've taken her cancer and fought it myself, I would have happily done it.

Rizzo aka Big Beebis was an incredible cat. I loved her in life and I love her still. She kept me alive and gave me something worth getting out of bed for when I needed it most. She was my best friend and closest family. She brought joy to every day I shared with her. The world is worse without her.

this job rules, i finally have a manager who is the kind of manager I would want to be if I were gonna go into software management. She makes the job look both human and necessary at the same time.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

It’s gona be hilarious in PvP. Minding your own business and then suddenly Murder Of Crows

010

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

we have talent trees for #WoWForever now. Seems like Paladin is gonna be a bit too cohesive for me in this one, but Hunter seems like it's getting a lot of fun toys, and Priest gets better Holy Nova. So there's stuff for me. Builds seem a bit less flexible, but not terribly so.

110

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Talents info is starting to come in. Don't have the clearest picture yet, but they're looking pretty reasonable so far. Not allowing myself to get hype til we know. also Gnome Priests are hilarious. they better be on some reddit atheist "i pray to science" shit

010

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

WoW Forever looks great so far. It's really gonna come down to how the Talents work, for me. I NEED to be able to make weird little homebrew specs like my Tank Hunter and Spelladin from classic era. Dwarf Shaman is overdue, Taurens should've gotten Paladin. I am stoked.

overwatch can't hurt me, the only hero shooter i'll inflict upon myself is marvel rivals

Thankfully i can just close the chat and keep this thing on until the classic+ announcement

020

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

blizzcon chat truly looks like 2004 gamer internet(losing their shit because there's a woman on the stage)

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

Classic Era will always be there, thankfully. Best MMO of all time.

010

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

idk man! I don't want them to fuck up my precious janky vanilla talent trees like they did in SoD. I don't actually want them to legitimize my stupid little Hunter Tank build, I want it to remain stupid and inviable so that it's actually interesting to try and push it harder. Same for Spelladin.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

We'd need to see like meaningful character customization updates & transmog at a minimum. Also if they give me goblins i will become loyal to whatever faction gets them.

100

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

If they announce WoW Classic+ and it doesn’t have features that cause other ppl I know to start playing it I’m probably just staying in Era tbh :v

I do not have the gene that gives u cancer. This means I can be picky w top surgery. Nice.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Like yeah you can blow out all 15 levels to the size of Odyssey kingdoms but then those r brand new levels. And the physics would for sure be, at best, closer to the DS port than the beautifully exploitable wahoos we all love.

000

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

Even with the Star Fox and OoT remakes, I still don’t think we’re gonna see a Mario 64 remake. The game just does not have enough content to be a standalone release these days. They’d have to add and rework so much that it would just become an entirely different game. Which I guess would be cool.

100

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 11/09/2026

i am really really not looking forward to having to build ui that supports folding iphones. foldies are gonna just have to deal with stuff looking janky for a while like early ipad users did.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I mean I am personally mad at keeley for supporting the fash. This thing was bought secondhand and they have not seen any of my money. But I’m out of the loop so maybe they did a big kowtow apology and people forgave them who knows

010

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Idk if we’re still mad at Keeley but the pedal is undeniably cuter like this

130

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Perrserker my beloved!! Maybe I’ll have to come back and give them a try

010

Do we have Alolan Persian yet? I love that thing as a silly icy wind speed control annoyer

I get that my opinions on character design are pretty dated. A lot of this design actually looks great but that extra leather cuirass is just turning the whole torso to mush for me.

000

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

Did he rly need 3 layers of intricately patterned brown leather barely contrasting the now intricately textured woven green tunic top

110

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

I’m not gonna lie gang I do think the OOT remake link design is too busy

The greater Boston area shows that no matter how miserable you make driving, enough people will keep doing it to make sure it remains miserable

I’m thinking Joyo Band Controller? Seems like it does what the MXR 10-band does but without the blinding lights. And yeah I wonder if he’s done a full collection showcase of the series. I feel like he probably has by now 🤔

210

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I adore the food series danos! I have like 5 of em, eventually I’ll have the whole series. Tho this guy might lose his spot, because I need higher frequency bands to tame the uke a little.

110

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

To be fair I think I have always favored more imperfect art and shunned things that felt more like a Product. But this whole thing has helped me figure out why and embrace it more.

030

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

an unfortunate side effect of the AI Slop Wave is that i now inherently distrust art that appears too perfect/high-fidelity. And that sucks. But i guess the upshot is it's made me learn to love the very human imperfections art often has, and how that art is better for them.

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Movies and TV feel better on the CRT. Overall the thing sparks joy in a way no flatscreen can.

020

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Pretty sure I’m just not gonna buy a flatscreen ever again once I get my CRT a little more in shape for accepting modern input. The only drawback is text being less readable, but if I’m playing a game where that matters, I can just hook it up to my big computer monitor.

The local Renaissance Faire, of all things, has completely ai-sloppified this year. All of the signage and pamphlets and most of the merch. Sucks, I love a renn faire & won’t support this phoned in hack shit.

the #1 thing I need from one piece is for them to reunite Sanji and Pudding. She can fix him.

000

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

consistency is gonna be tough but its nothing practice cant fix. i am already getting some of these things right under my fingers.

150

KaraBowdit @karabowdit.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

been grinding to learn parts for the band this weekend and it is definitely the hardest stuff i have ever committed to playing live but i am doing WAY better with it than i expected. I might not suck at this, i might even rock actually
