We didn't deserve the live action Speed Racer movie. It was a visual spectacular that came out long before it could be properly appreciated! To this day, it's still one of the absolute best live action adaptations of an anime out there. Truth be told, I like it better than the series. 😅

I won't lie... I had a crush on Miranda. I had a bigger crush on Elisa, from Gargoyles, but I was definitely into Miranda.

And let's not forget... Pete's own wife Peg... She got along with Goofy just fine! I feel like if Peg weren't stuck in her marriage to Pete, she woulda got with Goofy too!

If you see this, reskeet with a Sentai team that is not Power Rangers or Super Sentai. Don't you dare argue with me!

On Saturday, we went to see @kaijubigbattel.bsky.social live for the 4th time! I didn't take any pictures this time around, but I will say it was an incredible show! Especially since it focused around the greatest athlete of all time, Jeremiah Pink Bear! KBB, make Jeremiah a shirt! I'd buy one!

I have no problem with the pervy proclivities of the Lupin the 3rd fan base. They can like what they like. I just wish that there was more smutty fan art of the boys screwing women, instead of each other. Again, not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not for me. 🤷 #LupinThe3rd #smut

I feel that all the time! I'm contemplating uploading a kaiju comic strip series I started making in 2014 but haven't made a new one of in since 2021. Maybe it'll find a new audience here. Who knows? 🤷

The Floyd Gottfredson Mickey strips are phenomenal! Honestly, I own several volumes of them, and I can say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Gottfredson's Mickey is PEAK Mickey, with Paul Rudish's Mickey (or "Gross Mickey" as my wife calls him) coming in at a very close second. 😆

YELLOW CARD SERIES #01: KAOS A series of sketches I did on yellow post-it notes, the first one I'm sharing is my primary OC, Kristopher Kaosis, aka KAOS. Villain, hero, author avatar, and everything else I need him to be. Normally, wild & unhinged, here we see him calm, gazing into parts unknown.

I'm a bit disappointed, but ultimately not surprised that Bosko is nowhere to be found in that collection though. While me feelings on Bosko are complicated, I still wish there was a place to watch those cartoons in a beautifully remastered form.

I started binge watching the Looney Tunes collection on the free streaming service, Tubi. I'm glad they have these cartoons on there & the remastered prints look stunning! I only wish they didn't start with the more recent cartoons and go backwards. I had to start at the end of the list!

I was watching a documentary on YouTube about the history of the Looney Tunes and they got to Loonatics Unleashed and I was like, "Heck yeah, man! That was a good time!" I was also reminded that I have owned the first season on DVD for years! 😆

Growing up, I was more of a Digimon fan than a Pokemon fan. So, I leaned more toward Pokemon that would've been better off in Digimon. Like my boy here...

It was definitely better than I was anticipating it to be. I don't credit Leto with that, though. It was decent, just not the sequel we deserved. Like, Disney knows Tron was a character... Right?

Sometimes, when the movies you want suddenly go out of print, and third party sellers try to scam you be asking anywhere from $90 up to $250 dollars for them, you just suck it up... And bootleg your own copies! 😁 Desperate times and all that... #LupinThe3rd #DiscotekMedia #DIY #BootlegDVDs

I was watching NJPW's Wrestle Kingdom 20 and in a match this fellow, Chris Brookes. I had a huge pop! Not so much for him... But for the Dr. Cube pin he has on his ring jacket! Are you seeing this @kaijubigbattel.bsky.social ?

I'm in support of bring back the Miss ICPO girls! I really wanted something more to happen between Goemon and Chinjao. Of course, I always want romance for Goemon. This is why I LOVE Fuma Conspiracy and The Secret Page of Marco Polo! The samurai deserves cute girls! ❤️

You definitely should! Incidentally, my wife and I got a few KBB items for Christmas this year. I got my wife a Dr. Cube beanie and enamel pin, as well as the 30th anniversary shirt. I got a DVD of ShpadoinkelMania XX part 2, & my friend got me a KBB Mystery Box that was loaded with Kaiju goodies!
