Well…. That’s a bit more complicated. You need to be in complete control of your entire material structure. It’s less being intangible and more… making your molecules slip through the cracks of everything else. Like water flowing around your hand in a stream.

Depends. Is it a fireball? It’ll probably work. If it’s a ball of pure magic, it probably won’t. The less “magic” something is, in the essence of what it’s made out of, the more likely it’ll work. I once used this technique to hold a black hole in my fist.

Kind of. Think of the aura around you as… mailable. You can’t make it extend beyond your person, but you can make it extend to anything that touches you. It’s how I can carry people while flying without specifically holding them.
