I'm done with Duolingo. Why? Because Duolingo is replacing humans with AI. fortune.com/article/duol... I have been committed for 1500 days (4.1 years). I have achieved a real goal of learning basic German. But this is unacceptable.

I frequently walk by what is colloquially called “The Barbie Pond” (maps.app.goo.gl/57udwsGxMm7G...), a DC art installation that changes regularly and always includes Barbie dolls. Thought some from outside of DC might like to see. Currently, it’s all decked out for Halloween.
