The story that Kamala lost bc she answered a 2019 survey that inspired an attack ad that swung the election has such a hammerlock grip on political media’s imagination. That story was based off pretty questionable ‘data’ and ppl should ask ‘what value does data about attitudes wrt an ad have?’
