iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

You kid but I've been debating rewriting it into a single binary that unpacks templates on first run

W had your birth date and nationality all along and is now advertising it.

020

The problem with W is it's a closed source app that's doing its own verification rather than using existing government verification platforms. Germany has one that I've used many times and I know exactly what's being shared yet I'm told to use a mystery app that claims to not store data but surprise

Fucking hell, atmosphere in a box is deno 🥲 I've written so many things with it

Gander setting the bar for verified entry.

I'll admit I've used an agent to help me figure out why my desktop stopped outputting video when I switched kvm and while it diagnosed it I got some boot parameters that were dead wrong. So also treat the output with strong skepticism

020

Oh it's browsers, container's, and a bunch of semantic search datasets. I'm on Linux and have btop open quite a bit. There's a 64GB swap so things don't go to shit immediately and I can start killing things when it swaps.

020

Oh you're addressing W 😂

140

@gandersocial.ca is also doing the verified identity but are wayyy less controversial as they're engaging with the community and show up to events to talk about their work. Meanwhile W does..press.

170

W Social has so far not been approachable for those type of discussions, I'd love to be able to have an earnest conversation but so far every single statement they make has told me that they're not interested in equitable change.

270

Look it's really important that the my little pony rpg space fantasy land RTX world looks good

This is dancing around GDPR tauntingly shouting "Not PII!"

390

So my desktop regularly runs out of memory at 32GB because I'm doing heavy development and end up with a lot of containers (AiaB can get hungry during tests). The server is running immich and plex so things can get dicey if I'm syncing a lot of stuff while watching a show.

Good morning, y’all. Another #FundFriday has come around and I am happy to repost any requests for #MutualAid that anyone would care to share! As usual, I’m sharing a feed full of mutual aid requests for those who might have a moment to repost or a dollar to share.

Those under 30 users are going to get _a lot_ of unwanted attention.

Is it an HP printer with direct print enabled? I've accidentally printed to my neighbor a couple times.

110

It's so painful. I wish I'd loaded my server with more memory 😭

Ey bb I like feminine Albanian names in the 21-26 age range. What's your sign

030

@wsocial.eu: find out how fuckable your social graph is.

How wide is this age range

240

Holy yikes, nationality? Cool so now AfD and all the remigration freaks know who to target.

Do I have any linguists in my cluster who want to read a really cool paper

Why Would anyone Want to do that?

I cloned every app just in case, going to fire it up after checking the code for anything sus

I tried finding the awkward scene from the OA where they talk about spaces but couldn't so just imagine it for me.

ATprotocol is good for community building and shared knowledge/data, not just social media. @hypercerts.org @gainforest.earth @maearth.com are just a few examples where the protocol is used beyond this for social impact. The protocol does identify and data ownership well which is where the value is.

Do you have a better suggestion or are you just here to go after everyone

Been working really hard on this. There's also a lot of things that are highly requested under the hood. Namely, granular OAuth scopes and the new PDS account manager instead of being linked to Bluesky.

Omg I need to dress that up like steampunk goggles

030

Omg I've needed this so badly

You'd call your mom or friend with kids for advice then at the pediatric checkup maybe remember to ask the doctor if you did the right thing. The best book I ever had was a very lightweight "here's the growth milestones and what changes" so I'd just flip the the month and see what changed.

170

Definitely, there's a famous book "what to expect when you're expecting" that every parent gets then never touches because it's a massive encyclopedia and when things are happening you don't have time to page through to the right section and find the passage telling you what to do.

James is on another level

There's an annoying lag with taking pictures, the wireless charging is _fine_ and even though I use graphene Google is baked into practically everything resulting in apps sometimes refusing to work

230

I got a pixel 10 and it drives me insane.
