Two new systems I'm proud of: Retaliation lets you strike back after being raided — carry home more than your usual capacity, up to what was taken. And a Comeback Path gives returning players a guided quest line back into the game, with catch-up bonuses and reduced colonization costs.

v0.94 is live. When a player deletes their account, their islands don't vanish anymore — they decay into ruins on the map. Other players can claim them through a dedicated quest path. The world gets richer when people leave, not emptier. Solo-dev browser strategy, 7 languages.

Tech, for the curious: Cloudflare Workers + D1 + Durable Objects. TypeScript end to end. Server-rendered HTML, no frontend framework. Loads in milliseconds, even on a phone in a tunnel.

Why I built it: Most browser games turned into pay-to-win wallets. I wanted strategy. Real combat. Decisions that matter. Pixel art over 3D noise. That's the whole thesis.
