She wrapped her fingers around the door handle pulling the door open. She heard the bell above the door chime as she entered. Her eyes scanned the inside of the bar as she made her way to the bar counter. She could sense all the supernatural beings in the bar. ~~

Of course, killing Kol's siblings wasn't her priority. Kol was. Once in the French Quarter she found the closest motel and dropped her bags off before walking to the nearest bar for a drink. Her ID never got questioned. She had been going to bars since she started hunting at seventeen. ~~

Of course, now if he was a witch like rumors suggested and she sensed. The white oak stake was no longer necessary. It meant she wouldn't have to spend her energy scouring the world for it. She knew his siblings should be killed based off of everything she heard about them and their past. ~~

She had driven from Mystic Falls to the French Quarter. Up until she was told he had been killed or his vampire body had been killed she thought she'd need the white oak that was the only thing that could kill original vampires. ~~

The French Quarter was a playground for hunters with how many supernatural beings lived there. From vampires and witches in the French Quarter to the werewolves in the Bayou. She didn't care about any of them though. Her only thought was how to get to Kol Mikaelson and kill him. ~~

She had heard a rumor he had been brought back to life as a witch in another body by what people referrd to as his vindictive mother. That rumor then led him to the French Quarter. Being a hunter Kinsley killed supernatural beings who were a threat. ~~

People told her she was too young, too inexperienced, too naive, not strong enough, and on a revenge kick which would just cause her to be reckless and get killed. Over the past few years she became an incredible hunter because she was driven, determined, and pushed boundaries. ~~

She honestly didn't want to just use magic for hunting unless absolutely necessary. What kind of hunter would she be if she relied on her magic all of the time while hunting. She knew that no hunter would take her seriously if she didn't learn to hunt the same way as every other hunter. ~~

Her sister dying was the worst thing that had ever happened to Kinsley. Kinsley being so versed in magic and being so powerful she could kill almost anything. Even though she was a powerful witch she wanted to be the hunter that could fight like every other hunter. ~~

That was not necessary though so she would no longer need to spend energy looking for it. He was a witch which meant she could kill him easily. She planned to go to New Orleans and do recon on the family and find the best way to get to this Kol Mikaelson. ~~

Apparently that was where the original family of vampires the Mikaelsons was located. There were whispers of Kol being brought back in witch form by his vindictive mother. He was the one who killed her younger sister Kristy and he was there rather than Mystic Falls. ~~

While on a case in Exeter, New Hampshire hunting down a vampire nest which she had Interrogated the vampires for information on Kol Mikaelson. They had sent her to Mystic Falls, Virginia but when she arrived she heard he had been killed. Deep inside she knew he still was walking this earth. ~~
