Last Summer I watched my favourite spider weave a fresh web outside my window every evening at sunset. As she tried to weave one on 4th of July, the sound vibrations from area fireworks' were so strong they shook her & the web too much to finish. She didn't rebuild a web for a couple of days after.

"Collecchio, a town in Northern Italy, passed a law to make all fireworks silent. The idea was to reduce stress on pets and the local wildlife. Though the fireworks lack the explosive sound, they are stunning in terms of colour and visual display."

Timeline cleanse ~ Countryside edition Spent today dropping off donations & volunteering at an animal refuge. My body's -ow- from all the gravel I shovelled for their cat enclosure, but as a bonus I befriended a Most Zen dog & Inquisitive goat. Look at all that glorious handwoven-branch fencing! 🍃
