To be crystal f’ing clear the only people who need to be afraid of, worried about, or resisting DEI are mediocre, cis, white, straight, able-bodied, wealthy men. The rest of us all benefit from programs, access, & opportunities that fall under the umbrella of DEI.

My cousin has moved to hospice so I’m on my way to support & be there for his homegoing. It adds an extra layer to #ChronicPain math. The last thing I want is to add to the things we’re navigating, but I also can’t be as agile as I used to be. I can’t afford my own place on Maui plus I do want 🧵

I feel SO annoyed when people who know better still refuse to do better. Alt text and capitalizing hashtags for basic accessibility do not take too long & are cool.
