An efficiency committee just visited our blood bank. We rank in the top 10 company wide, sometimes top 3 for output. They tried to “optimize” our workflow and it added nearly 2 hrs of work. We gave them feedback saying 80% of their ideas were bunk. If I’m unemployed come 2027 it won’t be a surprise!
