I think my favorite part of #Valheim is the base building. So many pieces that let you place them however you want to make amazing structures. I will never understand why some developers force so many restrictions on players' style, like preventing overlapping pieces to make cool unique designs.

A perfect example how the deer in our city do not fear anyone. They are pretty smart and even used crosswalks. At the pool with my daughter, and she got within 10 ft before I told her to let them eat. She has pet others in the past.

Grr. I keep trying to keep up with this place, but there is just so much going on ... everywhere, irl and online. Also, it doesn't help that I have nothing to show for my multiple unfinished works atm, for both writing and drawing, because I keep hitting indecision and flipping between them.

I just realized how super weird it is that I hate fishing and really don't care for boats and sailing, but I love fishing in videogames, like Stardew Valley or Breath of Fire 3 for example, and love old paintings of ships and sailboats. A strange contradiction.

A summary of a chapter from my multiverse horror: The eclipse did not end, in fact, it grew, splintering across the sky to reveal the darkness of the void. And the darkness poured from the wound until it spilled onto the planet. Martin grabbed the nearest wide-eyed alien and initiated a jump.

Hi hi! Kal here, a largely science fantasy author. My works also tend to heavily include dystopian and horror themes. The current WIPs in my series, Nihilian Effect, are a multiverse #horror and a magic murder #mystery.

Kal S. Davian | SFF Author {Nihilian Effect} @kalsdavian.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

In my current multiverse horror, the antagonist is not what the reader will be expecting throughout most of the story, & it is hinted at from the very beginning through specific colors and visions. For example, the first odd thing the MC sees is a vibrant blue moss on an otherwise dead gray world.
