Anyone else watching The Gentlemen? I’ve been loving this show lately, great casting and plot. Handsome actors almost always dressed to the nines and beautiful locations. It’s a closer to the familiar “Gus” from Breaking Bad and “The Sphinx” from Gone in 60 Seconds as supporting roles.

I finally checked out Grand Seiko and was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship and detail on the Hi-Beat, Spring Drive, and GMT. They will be my next milestone celebration. I could admire the smoothness of the second sweeper and dial engraving all day.

Thanks! Good job, I learned the bigger improvement are from choices in the kitchen than a tread mill. If not doing so already, try front loading the majority of your food and calories earlier in the day, so you have minimal hunger by 6pm and only a small snack if anything.
