My take on Shockwave for my #Transformers fan project, #TransformersRescue

A concept for a redesign of the Transformer Shockwave. Robot mode is a skinny robot with a visor hiding a single eye and a sniper arm. Alternate mode is a gunship shaped...a gun with solar panel fins and a cockpit

I think Cybertronian designs are a great opportunity to give us weird aesthetics or implement more sci-fi vehicles (I have a Blackout concept that turns into a Dune style orinthopter) so they're distinct from Earth vehicles bht should still be recognisable as car, jet, tank, etc

Shockwave rarely speaks, and protects her sensitive single optic with an armoured visor, only revealing it when taking a shot with her rifle. She escaped imprisonment when Megatron was defeated, and has patiently waited in space for his return

A cold and silent soldier, Shockwave was Megatron’s primary assassin during galactic campaigns. In robot mode, her arm-mounted sniper rifle is used for pinpoint accuracy, while her gunship alternate mode combines mobility with heavy weaponry.

I have an ongoing personal project of my own hypothetical Transformers cartoon, Transformers Rescue, and this is my Optimus Prime, a firefighter turned Autobot leader #transformers #OptimusPrime #Maccadam #TFRescue

A design for Optimus Prime from a fan project "Transformers Rescue". Optimus turns into a Rosenbauer electric fire truck with a ladder, and his robot mode has a balance of reds, blacks and blues. On the left side, he stands in front of a smoking flame pointing out (presumably commanding offscreen Autobots to deal with the blaze). On the right side, he has his faceplate down (revealing a dark beard), and his chest is open to reveal a glowing, silver Matrix. At the top of the image, he stands in his Prime super mode, made from combining with the back half of his fire truck alternate mode. The super mode is mostly red and black, something between the super modes from 2001 Robots in Disguise and Armada. He unsheathes a glowing sword from the fire truck ladder, which acts as a scabbard.

When Megatron, an ancient conqueror who turned against Cybertron when it ended its imperial ways, is freed from imprisonment, the Council doesn't trust the military. So they nominate Optimus, an experienced firefighter with the intergalactic Rescue Corps, to lead a team to bring in Megatron.

In my universe, the High Council is the regular democratic government. But to handle certain crises they temporarily appoint a Prime, entrusting someone with the Matrix and Cybertron's only remaining fragment of the Star Saber sword, to handle the problem

I do think the Thirteen could be interesting if they were actually used as characters who can help drive storied, like how Vector Prime and the Fallen were cool in their original appearances, but Hasbro has failed to do that since they became focused on them as an idea

I've always personally preferred the "heroes as firefighters" vibe, like Animated or the new Superman, and i like super modes and those tend to work better with the more integrated vehicles. Definitely a matter of personal preference though i admit!

One toyline, where all the focus and budget can go, with a cohesive media approach (comics, cartoon, etc), and let everything that has come before rest for at least a few years. The franchise needs to change and grow to survive

He will always define the character, but there are absolutely amazing actors like Chalk, Kaplan, Tudyk who bring their own to the character and deserve to be respected. Especially because they aren't picking up Cullen's individual Optimus, but new incarnations like Superman etc

A redesign for the Green Goblin. Mostly influenced by the Raimi flight suit, but with a tattered purple skirt and hood/cape. His mask is a solid piece, horned open mouthed so the villain's grinning teeth are visible inside the jaw. The label identifies him as "identity unknown"

The Green Goblin is in J Jonah Jameson's office, grabbing him by the tie and getting in his face, saying "The Spider's photographer, you must know who he is!" Jameson reflexively corrects the pronoun to "She", causing Goblin to comment "...Interesting" and Jameson to utter a quiet "Dammit." Petra Parker stands in the doorway, eyes wide and with a trans flag mug in her hand, having just stumbled into the situation.

The latter unfortunately. It did once give me an idea for an AU where after Ragnarok Thor's spirit was bound in Jane Foster as an adaptation of her Mighty Thor persona, but Loki's human vessel was Donald Blake instead with his cane turning into Loki's staff. I

A design for an Optimus Prime for a hypothetical series "Transformers Rescue" who turns into a modern electric fire truck. In robot mode without his faceplate, this Optimus has a dark beard around his mouth. He also has a super mode where he combines with the back half of his fire truck mode.

The set of Optimus Prime images bit now Optimus has his faceplate, and holds an axe and shield in his hands. The shield unfolds into the head of a giant axe for his super mode.

An image of Rescue Optimus Prime opening his chest to reveal a silver redesign of the Matrix of Leadership. This version of the Matrix lacks the traditional handles, instead the sides more clearly evoke a sword's crossguard, but with the same glowing circular core.
The text states "The Matrix of Leadership. Once the jewel on the ancient Star Saber sword, this relic is entrusted to each Autobot leader. Using the Matrix, Optimus can enter his super mode, making him as powerful as one of the original Primes. However, the Matrix draws energy from his spark, making its use a taxing choice Optimus isn't eager to make".

In the J Michael Strasynski run, each Asgardian was briefly like, "hidden" in unsuspecting humans, but weirdly once Thor found them and awakened them, the human selves were just never mentioned again. Loki actually first appeared as a lady because she stole Sif's human vessel

I know plastic prices and tarrifs have made prices go up, and the team really values conplex articulation, but going from a Combiner Wars torso costing 25 bucks to 100 for modern Commanders is wild, plus limbs

Definitely. It's a comprimise to make them more stable and posable, but you lose a lot of functionality. And considering the cost of Commanders it's a big compromise price-wise too

I am going to give my predictions now for #TheBatmanPartII -The Batman Part II will primarily draw from the Court of Owls arc with the Two-Face elements of Long Halloween -Main villains are the Court of Owls, with Charles Dent acting as either their leader or mouthpiece
