I don't mean to isolate myself either, but I don't have the energy to bring myself to be social, either. I do check in with my partner daily, so I'm not entirely cutting myself off from people? But historically September through 'til spring has always been hard on me.

There's likely going to be more delays whilst I ride this out. I don't really have anything else I can say. I'm not medicated for depression; I was, but then my doctor never kept me on it because mental health in this country is treated like a joke. All I can do is eat and sleep 🫠

I have depression, and I also suffer from seasonal depression that sets in pretty fast the minute the weather and seasons start turning cold and wet here. I was already struggling and being quiet, and it's going to get worse.

I've been pretty quiet recently because I've been sick (again, what a surprise 🫠) and brutal insomnia. Not being able to sleep until 5am - 8am is doing a number on me. I'm struggling to schedule an ECG still as well with the hospital. Everything Is A Mess!!!

It's been hard having motivation and ideas for art and I've not been able to jump right back onto owed work yet, which is frustrating me. I've mainly just been trying to catch up on lost/broken sleep and make sure I'm taking my doses on time. Once I get better quality rest, hoping I can work again.

I'm on a course of antibiotics but have 3 more days left. I need to get an ECG done to check on my heart. I've been a bit sick the past few days, losing my appetite and dealing with a lot of nausea and last night I just didn't sleep at all.

no; it was in black and white/grey scale, the puppets were extremely poor quality (like Button Moon?) and it wasn't actually Hansel and Gretel, they just had outfits reminiscent of that part of Europe.

I know this sounds like some Candle Cove type stuff, but it was a real VHS tape we had. I don't remember there being opening *or* ending credits. I think it might've been an incomplete recording. Dad had never given any information about the people he'd bought the VHS from.

Still haunted by the memory of the cursed unlabelled VHS tape my dad bought at a car boot sale and gave me. It was greyscale and in fairly poor quality recording, had puppets literally made out of random junk and had a windmill in one scene and the puppets kind of wearing the sort of outfits--

I sadly don't think I'm going to be able to get all my revenges done on time due to the recent heatwaves and now my foot/leg acting up bc I keep needing to go upstairs and lay completely flat with the leg propped up on a pillow to help drainage way more frequently

good news: I got about 4 and a half hours of sleep and the swelling went down noticeably and the weeping lessened. bad news: my room is now a sauna and a massive spider decided to drop down on my arm in the darkness, it literally launched itself at my arm from the ceiling, and then fell off bed

my breathing is fine, I don't have a persistent cough, the foot/leg are not hot, not red or discoloured, not shiny. Could be too early to pin point or rule anything out. Hopefully my GP can find answers and get this sorted fast. I know how serious this stuff can get. Mum had lymphedema in both legs.

foot swelling again, a weird tiny bump/bluster burst earlier and it's been weeping clear fluid for several hours. I've left a message with my GP but I've not heard back yet; hoping they get in touch tomorrow.

Swelling went down quite a bit but the foot is still a bit puffier than the other. I've been keeping it up majority of the day on the bed, but I was able to get a revenge done to pass the time at least.

I don't know yet if this will impact my ability to continue AF or not, but I'll have to keep an eye on it. Right now I've been gently exercising the ankle and keeping it elevated.

My right foot began swelling, so I've had to move fully back into bed. I was forcing myself to sit up in an uncomfortable chair downstairs during the heatwaves, but around about 9pm last night my foot began swelling. I haven't experienced this since the mid 2010s when I was under a lot of stress.
