Yeah I think we're on 2 sides of the aisle. Im fine with it Googling, but Im very meticulous about what I ask for & I require the sources. As far as placeholder art, sometimes what I need I cant find. So AI is useful for a sec.

To add, I think most people who talk about AI usage to devs are only speaking about graphics or "vibe coding". Trust me - AI cannot program a REAL game and the graphics capability is limited. Its really helped me more on the business side of things than the development side.

AI is extremely useful as a dev, but it is not being used by that many devs (many are against it), and the ones who are using it dont really "use it". Ai is great for researching, stress testing, planning, & helping you think. Its also kinda useful for placeholder art & error checking.

Do it anyway. Don't worry about it. Design the game so that its apparent that the way players approach enemies normally won't work. As long as they can see that AND you at least hint how they should approach them, you'll be fine.
