This is the last picture I took of her a week ago. Billions of years of evolution and we came to exist together, which is a miracle, and she was my little miracle. She was my little girl. We were so tightly bonded. We had 17 years together, and she loved me as much as I loved her. I am not okay.

I heard they weren't going to bother removing them, so it's possible the backlash was strong enough that they backpedaled. I mean, look at this shit. You can bet they absolutely hoped no one would notice if they went this far; and they didn't disclose its use because they wanted the game to sell.

Apologies for late update; I've been a mess. Bloodwork positive for pancreatitis (again); vet opted for meds & fibre supplement w/ pre- & probiotics before trying more invasive things. Appt cost: $689.09. Insurance reimbursed $251.27. Immi seems to be feeling a bit better.🤞🏼Thank you all who helped.

May have to let my cat go sooner than I hoped. She's eating less than usual & her abdomen feels more bloated. It guts me I can't afford the tests to determine what's wrong & whether it's treatable. I need to know if she's suffering. Right now I just want her to make it to her birthday in August.

I did a search for "artificial". The Canadian version hasn't changed for me at all (first screenshot), but the US one shows both the previous problematic language and the additions.

I have some nice things in my Ko-fi shop if anyone would prefer helping that way. Only fair to get something for yourself out of it, too.

Alas, DDG also uses AI. On the main search page is a little menu hiding in the upper right. That shows a sidebar w/ a list including "AI Chat". Pick Settings, then the "AI Features" tab. The "AI Chat" option was on by default. Also, DDG uses Bing, and they gave Microsoft access to user info. 🤷‍♂️
