Also means that trigger avoidance is not really a useful strategy because that thing I ate an hour before the pain started didn't give me the migraine, it was there under the surface the whole time. It's more like I know some things make it worse, they all fill a bucket towards a migraine.

Been living with chronic migraines for my whole life and recently learned about migraine prodrome and postdrome - which are symptoms *days* before and after the actual pain part of the migraine. It's weird when I can look back a few days at my poor mood and go "oh that was all cause of a migraine"

I used anisotropics shading in Poiyomi with a mask that gives it that textured hair strand look but only the places I want: the middle and top In Substance, I made the mask with a fill layer, masked with 'directional scratches' and then a subtract layer to erase everywhere else.

Well since the first rendition was taken down, I made a new texture that with a new 4-way color picker system that lets you come up with all sorts of color combinations, plus a Random button! This revised version was approved so it'll go up tomorrow! just need some new footage of it now
