Alt: I don’t think I could even quantify the number of times I’ve seen this movie. I was alive when it came out, it was my favorite movie as a child and it’s one of my favorite movies now as a 40-year-old adult. I can recite it verbatim from front to back, with April’s opening monologue being the only piece I get out of order occasionally. It’s my ultimate comfort film.
